Conditions
The sales prices are all-inclusive prices for the turnkey flats including co-ownership shares in the land according to the purchase contract including contract components (contract plans and building description).
Purchase and payment procedure
- Upon conclusion of the reservation contract, proof of financing from a Swiss bank for the total purchase price must be submitted and a down payment of CHF 75,000 must be made. This reservation payment shall neither bear interest nor be secured.
- 20 % of the purchase price (less the reservation payment) shall be transferred to the seller on the day of the public notarisation of the purchase agreement with an irrevocable promise of payment from a Swiss bank or a Swiss credit institution.
The purchaser shall send the original irrevocable promise of payment for the total purchase price - partial amounts in accordance with the agreed payment plan - to the seller at least five days before the date set for the notarisation. The down payment shall neither bear interest nor be secured.
- The remainder of the purchase price is to be paid to the seller upon transfer of ownership by means of an irrevocable promise to pay, which has already been presented at the time of notarisation.
In order for the transfer of ownership to take place, all outstanding additional costs must be settled.
