I am Manuela Olmesdahl, Managing Partner, and together with a select and professional team, I advise family offices, high net worth individuals and selected institutional investors, primarily on high-value real estate and hospitality transactions.

 

I focus on larger ticket sizes and structure joint ventures, mezzanine and forward deals. My focus is on off-market projects in Switzerland and selected European markets, which I personally accompany from structuring to completion.

 

I stand for clear decisions, reliability and implementation strength, and only take on mandates with substance, quality and a realistic probability of completion.

After 20 years of experience with professional consulting in the real estate sector (as a licensed partner of Engel Völkers in Switzerland with the regions Gstaad, Bern, Northwestern Switzerland - Basel, Aargau and international projects), as well as my international consulting especially the last years in Mallorca, many of my client relationships have evolved on different levels.
