Recycling instead of mining: metal extraction with substance, cash flow and ESG added value

This investment model does not rely on classic mining, but on the recycling of existing resources from previous mining activities. The materials are available above ground and contain economically relevant precious and industrial metals that can be efficiently recovered with today's technology.

Instead of opening up new mines, value is created by sorting, processing and refining existing materials. This eliminates exploration risks, long lead times and high initial investments. The result is a capital-efficient model with early cash flow and clearly calculable processes.

What metals are extracted?

Several marketable metals are extracted from the material  , including gold and silver,  as well as industrial metals such as zinc, manganese, lead, and ferrous components. The metals are sold as tradable concentrates and benefit from broad industrial demand and transparent market prices.

Where does ESG added value come from?

·       Recycling instead of new interventions in nature and landscape

·       Reduction of contaminated sites and recultivation of contaminated areas

·       Water and resource efficiency through modern treatment

·       Local value creation and employment

ESG is not an add-on here, but an integral part of the business model – with a measurable influence on cost structure, regulatory certainty and social acceptance.

Participation as a shareholder & outlook

Family offices and private investors can  participate directly as shareholders and participate in:

  •     current revenues from metal recycling

  •     possible distributions

  • Additional value creation through scaling and market cycles

An initial public offering (IPO) is planned for 2027 and represents a key component of the long-term value creation strategy. The presentation of further projects is  planned as early as 2026, including investments in the field of strategic raw materials and rare earths, in order to diversify and further expand the platform in a targeted manner.

Further information on the structure and participation is  available upon request and under a confidentiality agreement.
