For a large-volume Swiss mixed-use real estate development in the greater Zurich area, we are currently looking for around CHF 20 million private debt/mezzanine capital.


The financing can be structured either as an individual investment or in the form of a selective club deal with a few qualified family offices and entrepreneurial capital partners.
