Be a part of it: Support 16-year-old Swiss Formula 4 Driver Florentin Hattemer from Zug.



Young people are our future – and they deserve support when they have a clear goal in mind and are working hard to achieve it.


That is exactly what the Swiss Citizien Teenager Florentin Hattemer is doing: a Formula 4 driver aged just 16 who is on his way to Formula 1 with Team Trident. PROJECT F1, the support organisation behind Florentin, funds training sessions, simulator sessions, test days and race entries – everything he needs to make it onto every starting grid.

Motorsport at this level is not only a sporting challenge but also a financial one – and every contribution, no matter how small, makes a difference.

Florentin, the driver behind the project ...



My big goal is Formula 1!

My career began in 2022 in the IAME-X30 Juniors karting series.

After three successful years in karting, I made my debut in Formula 4 in 2025 – the next milestone on the road to Formula 1.

With a permanent seat in the cockpit at Trident in F4 and an outstanding team behind me, I was able to secure several podium finishes in my first season as a newcomer in the Rookies category – the 2026 season is in full swing! Be part of it and don’t miss a single race!



Career at a glance 

2022

  • IAME (Vega Trofeo)-X30 Juniors IAME-X30 (kart racing) Juniors, aged 12–14.

  • Finished 7th in the Swiss Championships as a newcomer.


2023 

  • IAME X-30 Juniors Returned to the IAME X-30 series and competed in his first international races.

  • Florentin finished 4th at the IAME France event and 2nd at the IAME Switzerland Championships.

2024

  • OKJ — Champion of the Future & FIA Valencia, Champion of the Future: Qualified 7th out of 130 drivers, finished 20th out of 130 drivers.

  • In autumn 2024, a serious accident on the circuit forced him to take a break.

        (At the final race of the season in November 2024 in Cremona, Italy, I had a serious crash. Fortunately, I ‘only’ suffered complex fractures to both legs and my right ankle. The operations and rehabilitation went very well. )

2025 

  • Comeback & F4 seat Break following the serious accident.

  • In autumn 2025, test races in Formula 4, followed by a permanent seat with Trident Motorsport in F4.


2026 PROJECT F1 Foundation of the support association.

  • Permanent team member at Trident in F4, already securing several podium finishes as a rookie, including at the World Circuit in Misano (Italian Championships) and in Vallelunga.

  • First podium finish in P3 and Rookie P1 at Monza — unfortunately, a penalty was imposed after the race.

  • As a rookie, I got off to a very good start last year in my first international karting race in the OKJ category.

  • In Valencia, I qualified in seventh place and, after the heats, eventually finished 20th in the final amongst the 110 best drivers in the world.


In January 2026, I started my first Formula 4 season as a rookie and came back stronger than ever. I’m looking forward to the new challenges.
