Requirements Profile
We are seeking existing hotel resorts with a marina, with the following key characteristics:
Hotel resort, ideally with marina access (mooring berths) Established, operational business with existing infrastructure Attractive, well-connected location with growth potential.
We are also particularly interested in marinas with adjacent hotel or residential properties, whether as part of the same site, as a mixed-use development or as neighbouring properties available for separate acquisition.
