On behalf of a Swiss family, we are seeking a suitable property to realise a multi-generational living concept – with lake views, in a prime location on Lake Zug or Lake Zurich.

The family is planning for several generations to live together long-term under one roof or on a single plot of land and is therefore open to various types of property: a detached house, a plot of land for new-build development, or an existing multi-family house (MFH).

Target regions Preferred The town of Zug and municipalities on Lake Zug, with lake views. Alternatively The city of Zurich;

Küsnacht Rüschlikon Erlenbach Thalwil All on Lake Zurich, with lake views.

Requirements

• House, plot of land or multi-family house (MFH)

• Lake view essential

• For a multi-generational living concept with at least 2 residential units, each of at least 250 m²

• 3 residential units would be advantageous – suitable properties or plots with potential for development or construction are particularly welcome.

• Both existing properties and plots with a building project or planning permission are eligible.
